A Message from the President

When I look back from the 30th anniversary of Oytaş-Yıldız Construction, our most important principle is customer happiness. We prioritize efficiency in everything we do. We strive to achieve this with the right planning without hurrying. Making quick decisions or making late decisions is better than not to decide at all, but consultation is a must in any case. We care about that. We try to make these consultations with opposite ideas as much as possible so that we can get the most accurate results.

We have grown our business by trying to do the best we can. We try to follow the developments in the world constantly to do the best. In particular, we care about training the new generation employees in digital technology. The higher the quality of education and knowledge of young people, the brighter the future of our industry and our country will be. However, being aware of global issues such as climate change, we have a duty to realize the maximum use of renewable resources and to protect natural resources realistically.

We try to reflect our belief in God to every period of our lives. We strictly conform to every promise and every contract we make and every payment schedule. Being reliable is paramount to our industry. I think it's also a requirement to be human. I believe that in order to be successful, it is necessary to be people-oriented, optimistic and to know how to share. Although it seems important to be successful today, one should not leave the good memories that man can have with his friends and relatives for success.
